On the initiative of the scientific and pedagogical staff of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Law and Cybersecurity, the All-Ukrainian Scientific Conference "State and Legal Principles of the Formation of a Security Environment in Ukraine: Modern Challenges" was held at the Ukrainian National Academy of Sciences. 

Opening the event, the Rector of the University, Doctor of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor, Honored Worker of education of Ukraine, Police Colonel Dmytro Shvets noted that a correct understanding of the security situation should become a necessary condition for the formation and implementation of state policy, in particular in the field of education. 

The topics of scientific discussions were: 

⁃ Peculiarities of the legal regime of martial law; 

⁃ Legal foundations of Ukraine's security strategy; 

⁃ Legal aspects of Ukraine's participation in military-political blocs; 

⁃ Interaction of branches of state power under martial law. 

Representatives of the scientific community of Ukraine joined the discussion: Doctor of Law, Professor Vladyslav Batyrhareiev; Doctor of Law, Professor Bohdan Holovkin (Kharkov); Doctor of Laws, Professor Vasyl Stratonov (Kherson); Doctor of Law, Professor Andrii Babenko and others. 

An important indicator of the relevance of the chosen topic was the active participation of student representatives in the scientific discussion. The result was the development of recommendations regarding the state, legal and psychological foundations of the formation of a security environment in Ukraine.
