Andrii served as part of the 42nd brigade and performed combat missions in the territory of Kharkiv region (Serebrianskyi forest) and Donetsk region (Chasiv gully). Despite his difficult combat experience, he maintains an active position in life and strives to do sports.
During training, special attention was paid to the development of strength qualities with the help of exercises with weights and dumbbells. Loads contribute to increased muscle strength, endurance, coordination of movements, strengthening of the musculoskeletal system and general physical development.

«Sport helps to recover not only physically, but also mentally. This is an opportunity to feel the strength, control and forward movement again», – noted Andrii Paranovskyi.
Ihor Boiko, a Senior Lecturer of the Department of Special Physical Training, who conducted training, emphasized the importance of adaptive sports: «Such classes have a complex effect – they contribute to physical rehabilitation, improve the psychological state and help a person return to an active life».
