In Kamianets-Podilskyi, the open Championship of Khmelnytskyi region in mixed martial arts MMA among children, boys, juniors, youth and adults was held according to international rules. First-year cadet, Arina Shukhanova, took II place in the weight category up to 52 kg, confirming the high level of sports training.

At the same time, the All-Ukrainian boxing tournament named after Bohdan Khmelnytskyi among men and women was held in Cherkasy, where cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs demonstrated the following results:

·  II place was won by second-year cadet Danylo Kryzhanskyi in the weight category up to 70 kg;

·  III place was won by third-year cadet Diana Dziuba in the weight category up to 51 kg.

Oleksandra Levandovych, a second-year student of the ERI No. 5, also took part in the competition and won III place in the weight category up to 60 kg.

Such results once again confirm the high level of physical and combat training of cadets and students of KhNUIA and their active participation in the sports life of the country.
