Within the framework of the development of a barrier-free educational space, a working meeting was held between the Head of the automotive training department of the barrier-free driving school of KhNUIA, Oleksandr MARUNCHAK, and employees of the Center for Social Services of the Humenets Autonomous Community of Khmelnytskyi Region. The focus was on the implementation of the “Without Barriers” project.

During a conversation with the Director of the Center, Olha SHEVCHUK, Oleksandr MARUNCHAK focused on inclusive approaches to training. The topic was the adaptation of theoretical and practical classes according to the individual needs of students, as well as ensuring access to specialized training facilities. Classes are held in category “B” vehicles, and for those who need it, the possibility of training in manually controlled cars is provided.
The availability of a program for compensating the cost of training for participants in hostilities and their family members was especially emphasized.
