On April 25, 2025, Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs will host the II International Scientific and Practical Conference “Digital Transformation of Rights: EU and Ukraine”.
The conference is held within the framework of the Jean Monnet Module “Digital Transformation of Rights: EU Experience” and is dedicated to the key issues of digital transformation of the legal space in the EU and Ukraine.
Researchers, teachers, practitioners, students and representatives of civil society are invited to participate in its work.
Conference topic: “Challenges and Principles of Digital Transformation in the EU and Ukraine”, ‘Implementation of Human Rights in the Digital Space of the EU and Ukraine’, ‘Secure and Fair Digital Space of the EU and Ukraine’, ‘Digital Rights in Private Law of the EU and Ukraine’, ‘Digital Public Space in the EU and Ukraine’, ‘Digitalization of Justice in the EU and Ukraine’, ‘Legal Regulation of the Use of Artificial Intelligence Algorithms and Systems in the EU and Ukraine’.
