Within the framework of cooperation between the Department of the Legal Clinic of KhNUIA in Vinnytsia and Vinnytsia Regional Association of Local Self-Government Bodies, an online consultation was held for representatives of territorial communities of the region. The event was devoted to topical issues of electronic declaration under martial law. Local self-government officials and residents of – communities joined the meeting, a total of more than 50 connections from different parts of Vinnytsia.

Ihor Shutak, Head of the Secretariat of Vinnytsia Regional Association of Local Self-Government Bodies, addressed the participants with a welcome speech, thanking KhNUIA for fruitful cooperation in increasing the professional competence of public servants.

Kateryna Udod, the Commissioner for Anti-Corruption Activities of KhNUIA, became the expert of the meeting. She clarified the key rules of declaration during martial law, including the issue of postponing the submission of declarations, removing information from the register, as well as the specifics of preparing and filling out declarations. She paid special attention to the new possibilities of the Unified State Register of Declarations, the resources of the NACP and typical errors when filling out sections of the declaration. The peculiarities of declaration for military personnel and their family members were also considered.

The coordinators of the Department of the Legal Clinic of KhNUIA in Vinnytsia, Serhii Hirenko and Vitalii Naida, invited community representatives to participate in the next consultative meeting devoted to the issues of changing the purpose of land plots and dividing real estate. In addition, they informed the participants about the possibilities of studying at the university, the activities of the Legal Clinic and the barrier-free driving school of KhNUIA in Kamianets-Podilskyi, where veterans of the war with disabilities can obtain a driver's license of the «B» category or improve their safe driving skills.
