Yevhenii Novikov, a cadet of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, took part in the third module of the Academy of Electoral Integrity entitled "Maintaining Integrity under the Pressure of Reality", which took place in Kyiv.

Participants worked on developing the practical skills required for their professional roles. The programme covered process management, risk analysis, information security, effective communication and decision-making in complex situations. Significant attention was paid to issues of ethical compliance, responding to breaches and developing leadership qualities.

The sessions were led by experienced experts and practitioners who shared real-life case studies and modern approaches to working in challenging environments. A separate module was dedicated to developing communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to act effectively in conflict situations.

Participants in the programme had the opportunity to gain new knowledge, put it into practice, exchange experiences and better understand how to act under pressure and in conditions of uncertainty.

Following the training, the cadet successfully completed the programme and received the relevant certificate.
