In order to provide high-quality practical training for future investigators, the scientific and pedagogical staff of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Organization of Pre-Trial Investigation of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs actively use interactive teaching methods, in particular, using mobile training grounds, during classes in the discipline "Pre-Trial Investigation". This approach allows cadets not only to master theoretical material, but also to directly practice procedural actions that they will carry out in their further professional activities.

During practical classes, cadets conduct an inspection and search of the premises, present a person for identification, conduct an investigative experiment, simulate other investigative (search) actions, and also practice algorithms for recording evidentiary information and documenting results.

This format of classes contributes to the development of professional competencies, forms the ability to work in a team, make procedural decisions, and act in conditions that are as close as possible to the real work of an investigator.
