The Department of Social and Humanitarian Work and cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, with the support of the head of the Association of Environmental Defenders and the Promotion of a Healthy Lifestyle NGO "Yavir" Natalia SHYBINSKA, organized sport fishing and a picnic for servicemen who are undergoing rehabilitation after injuries in a medical institution. The main goal of the event is to provide psychological support, help adapt to society, as well as create conditions for communication in an informal setting and active recreation in nature.

The participants tried themselves in sport fishing, felt the peace and quiet of the reservoir and received real pleasure and new positive impressions. Some of them shared their experience, noting that such activities significantly help in moral and physical recovery.

After fishing, a picnic was held, during which everyone could chat, exchange stories and simply relax. This atmosphere contributed to unity, support, and mutual understanding between the military and cadets.
