An intervision meeting was held at KhNUIA between psychologists from the Psychological Support Unit of the Personnel Support Department and specialists from the N. Hryntsevych Vinnytsia Lyceum for Security Studies and National-Patriotic Education. Participants discussed practical approaches to the psychological support of students' adaptation and shared professional experience and best practices in working with pupils and cadets.

Particular attention was paid to the difficulties that arise when adapting to a new educational environment and to the options for psychological support in crisis situations. The specialists shared effective methods and techniques, and considered the age-related characteristics of learners and how these influence the choice of psychological assistance methods.

 A separate strand of the discussion concerned preserving and restoring the psychologist's personal resources. Participants stressed the importance of emotional self-regulation, the prevention of professional burnout, and maintaining one's own psychological well-being as essential conditions for quality work with people.

The meeting facilitated the exchange of practical experience, discussion of current professional challenges, and the search for approaches that can be applied in daily work to support psychological well-being and the successful adaptation of learners.
