Oleksandra Kulak, an investigator of Ternopil District Police Department of the National Police in Ternopil Oblast, and Oleksandr Shepelev, a lecturer at the Department of Special Physical Training, conducted a binary lesson on the use of physical force necessary to perform professional duties in real conditions for the cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.

The cadets practiced throwing techniques and defensive actions in the ground, including back and front footwork, which is the basis for effective and safe detention of offenders. The training also included a cursory check of detainees for dangerous objects, which helps prevent possible threats to the health of the police officer and ensure safety during the performance of their duties.
