For the most effective assistance - adjusting the technique of performing exercises, controlling the load and providing timely advice on improving motor activity - the teacher is in the water with the serviceman throughout the entire session.
Such physical activity is an important component of rehabilitation: they contribute to the restoration of the body's functional capabilities, strengthen the psychological state and help return to an active life.
The “MIA Unbreakable” project is an initiative aimed at the rehabilitation of servicemen of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, rescuers, border guards and police officers using water sports.
