KhNUIA: Another rehabilitation program for psychologists of the Security and Defense Forces has been completed
Representatives of the Department of Psychology, Sociology and Pedagogy of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs - Professors Natalia MILORADOVA and Viktoriia DOTSENKO - continue to provide assistance to psychologists of the security and defense sector of Ukraine. Another rehabilitation program "The Path to Victory" within the framework of the public project "Search for the Future" has recently come to an end. The purpose of the event is to prevent professional burnout and improve the skills of workers in auxiliary professions.3.jpg)
During the rehabilitation program, specialists assessed their psycho-emotional state. Participants selected and worked out effective self-help techniques to overcome overwork, recover from trauma, accumulate resources, prevent and overcome professional burnout. They increased their own professional competence in practical work with stress and psychological trauma. In addition, specialists developed psychological recovery skills.
