Speakers – National Contact Points (NCPs) of the Horizon Europe program in Ukraine in the direction of “Civil Security for Society”: Oleksii Serdiuk (KhNUIA) and Oleksandr Chemerys (H. Ye. Pukhov Institute for Modeling Problems in Energy of the NAS of Ukraine) – with information about participation in the information days and brokerage events of the Horizon Europe program for cluster 3, which were held in Brussels from June 10 to 12, 2025.

14:00-14:10 – welcoming speech by the Vice-Rector of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Oleksandr MUZYCHUK, Head of the International Cooperation Department of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Tetiana MATIUSHKOVA;
14:10-14:30 – participation of Ukrainian NCPs of cluster 3 in the information day for NCPs of the Horizon Europe program, which took place on June 10, 2025, – Oleksii SERDIUK, NCP in the direction of “Civil Security for Society” (KhNUIA);
14:30-14:50 – participation of Ukrainian NCPs of cluster 3 in the brokerage meetings held in Brussels on June 11-12, 2025, – Oleksandr CHEMERYS, NCP in the direction of “Civil Security for Society” (H. Ye. Pukhov Institute for Modeling Problems in Energy of the NAS of Ukraine);
14:50-15:20 – discussion, answers to questions, conclusion of the event.
