The intermediate stage of the student research club "StudLab for Justice V. 2" was held at National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, which brought together young lawyers from all over Ukraine to find innovative solutions in the field of criminal justice.

Danylo Teslia, a cadet of KhNUIA, who successfully passed the competitive selection, is among the participants of the – project. Participation in the program was a logical continuation of his research work, which was carried out with the support of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Organization of Pre-trial Investigation.

During the meeting, the participants presented the preliminary results of their teams' research, discussed the achievements and difficulties encountered during the analysis of regulatory material, and also exchanged work experience. After the presentations, a meaningful lecture was held for the Day of the Assembly of Ukraine, dedicated to the issue of legal succession of Ukraine.

In the future, Danylo Teslia, as part of a team together with a student of Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University, under the mentorship of the prosecutor of the Office of the Prosecutor General, Serhii Shulhin, will continue work on research topics devoted to the issue of obtaining testimony during an investigative experiment.
