July 14. Three years ago, Russia launched a missile strike on Vinnytsia. But this day for the city did not become just a date on the calendar. A place where dozens of lives were lost. Flowers that appear here again and again. A moment of silence that says more than words can say.

Cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, together with representatives of the authorities, law enforcement agencies, military personnel, citizens and the community, honored the memory of the victims of the missile strike on Vinnytsia.

This pain does not go away. It lives in memories, in photographs, in the hearts of relatives and all Ukrainians.
