The Vice-Rector of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Police Colonel Serhii BORTNYK, conducted a briefing with the university personnel who will be involved in ensuring public safety and order in the city of Vinnytsia.

During the meeting, the Vice-Rector emphasized the importance of conscientious performance of official duties, compliance with personal safety measures, vigilance, response to air alarm signals, as well as compliance with the rules of ethical behavior.

Such measures are an important component of ensuring the safety of citizens during holidays and contribute to strengthening trust in law enforcement agencies.
