The “0x57” team, which included representatives of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Artem Shymko and Mykyta Verzilov, took 5th place among 33 teams from all over Ukraine in the first national championship in technological sports in the discipline Capture the Flag (CTF) - Cybersecurity 2025.

The competition consisted of two stages: solving cybersecurity tasks in different categories (Jeopardy CTF) and team counteraction - simultaneous protection of one’s own services and attack on rival services (Attack & Defence).

The competition was extremely high, and the tasks required maximum concentration and teamwork. Despite this, the “0x57” team worthily overcame both stages and showed an excellent result.
