From July 2 to 6, the World French Boxing Savat Championship among adults and juniors was held in the city of Plovdiv (Republic of Bulgaria). The National Team of Ukraine included students of higher education from Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.

The university representatives demonstrated a high level of training and achieved excellent results, winning silver and bronze awards in different weight categories:

2nd place – 3rd year cadet Yelyzaveta ONISHCHENKO (weight category 56 kg);

3rd place – 3rd year cadets Mykhailo BIHDAN (weight category 65 kg) and Nazar CHALYI (weight category 70 kg).

Thanks to their determination and desire to win, KhNUIA cadets worthily represented the university and our country on the international stage.
