The National University of Civil Defense of Ukraine hosted the final scientific and practical conference of the Competition of Scientific Papers of First (Bachelor's) Level Higher Education Institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs System.

The scientific event was attended by higher education students from institutions under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, as well as higher military educational institutions of the National Guard of Ukraine and the State Border Service of Ukraine.

Representatives of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs presented the results of scientific research in nine nominations and won the overall 1st place, winning nine prizes:
1st place in the nomination "Theory and History of State and Law, History of Political and Legal Doctrines, Philosophy of Law" - cadet of the ERI No. 4 Milena Tsvietkova;

1st place in the nomination "Administrative law and process; financial law; information law; environmental law" - cadet of the ERI No. 4 Denys Kuliush;
1st place in the nomination "Criminal process, forensics and forensic examination" - cadet of the ERI No. 1 Anastasia Striliana;
1st place in the nomination "Operational and investigative activities" - graduate of the ERI No. 4 Kateryna Borysova;

2nd place in the nomination "Fundamentals of national security; military security; security of the state border" - cadet of the ERI No. 4 Roman Lytvynenko;
2nd place in the nomination "Psychological support of professional activity" - cadet of the ERI No. 3 Anna Dzhus;

2nd place in the nomination “Supply of troops/forces (engineering support of troops/forces, explosive works and mine action, logistical support of service and combat activities)” – cadet of the ERI No. 4 Anastasia Liashenko;
2nd place in the nomination “Constitutional law; international public law” – cadet of the ERI No. 4 Kira Ivanova;
3rd place in the nomination “Criminal law and criminology; criminal enforcement law” – cadet of the ERI No. 1 Violeta Klevan.
The results of the competition and the awarding of the winners were held by the head of the organizing committee – director of the Department of Education, Science and Sports of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Oleksandr Tarasenko.
