The winner in sports sambo was cadet Andrii Voityshenko. In the weight category up to 88 kg, he took first place. The silver medal in the category up to 71 kg was won by cadet Mykhailo Seleznov, and the bronze medalist in the same weight category was Oleh Kobenda.

Two medals were won by cadet Karina Maliuta. In the weight category up to 47 kg, she became the winner among juniors and the silver medalist among girls. Two more bronze awards were won by cadet Izabella Los – in the weight category up to 72 kg among juniors and girls.

In combat sambo, KhNUIA was represented by cadet Bohdan Volianskyi. In the weight category up to 79 kg, he took third place.
