As part of the partnership, university representatives are trained under the program "Self-preservation and Effective Teaching under Prolonged Stress: Israeli Methods and Models".
The course consists of two parts. The first one is an online series of five lectures conducted by Oleksandr Hershanov, the Director of Educational Programs ITC, an international expert in the field of psychological stability formation, crisis response and implementation of resistance development programs in educational and security institutions.
During the first week, heads, scientific and scientific-pedagogical staff of the Departments of Psychology, Sociology and Pedagogy, Criminalistics and Forensic Science, Tactical and Special Training, staff of the Research Laboratory on the Problems of Legal Support of Police Activities and Combating Crime, as well as employees of the International Cooperation Department, the Department of Regime and Secret Support, Monitoring and Psychological Support Departments of the Department of Human Resources of KhNUIA1.jpg)
The participants familiarized themselves with Israeli approaches to effective activity in conditions of prolonged stress, considered the impact of stress on cognitive processes and developed practical methods of self-regulation and support, in particular the basic protocol «4 elements».2.jpg)
The implementation of the program contributes to strengthening the international cooperation of the university and increasing the professional stability of its scientific and pedagogical staff in the conditions of modern security challenges.
