On December 01, 2023, Lviv State University of Internal Affairs will host a scientific and practical seminar "Procedural and Forensic Support of Pre-trial Investigation".
Topics for discussion:
Ø Challenges of evidence during pre-trial investigation;
Ø Implementation of measures to ensure criminal proceedings;
Ø Legal regulations and practices of conducting investigative and covert actions;
Ø Utilization of specialized knowledge during pre-trial investigation;
Ø Handling crimes during martial law;
Ø Contemporary issues in organizing the investigation of human trafficking-related crimes.
The seminar will welcome scholars from higher education institutions, research institutions, practical departments, and public organizations from Ukraine.
The event will be held in a plenary session, utilizing a a hybrid format (both on-site and remote) through the Zoom platform.

The seminar will start at 3:00 pm, with registration beginning at 2:30 pm at 26 Horodotska St., in the Hall of the Scientific Society.
The Organizing Committee plans to compile an abstract collection of the participants' work.
