The Head of the driving courses, Oleksandr MARUNCHAK, introduced high school students and the teaching staff of the Rukshyn Autonomous District of Chernivtsi region to the activities of the Driving School for People with Disabilities of KhNUIA. He told the young people how future drivers master theoretical and practical courses, and also introduced them to the classrooms where students practice their primary driving skills on computer simulators that are maximally adapted for people with disabilities. The students personally tried them out at work and inspected the training cars.

Oleksandr MARUNCHAK said that at the Driving School you can acquire skills in driving a manual car: "This school is for those who want to master driving skills and get a category "B" driver's license for the first time. Cadets and university students study with other course students, since the necessary conditions have been created here to ensure equal opportunities for everyone."

He also noted that parents, relatives and friends of schoolchildren who are participants in hostilities and have received disabilities have the opportunity to take a training course at the Driving School or improve their level of safe driving.
