They congratulated future applicants and presented student-cadet specialties: the executive secretary of the admission committee, Major of Police Serhiy Shevchenko, the head of the personnel support department, Major of Police ANDRII IVANYTSIA, and the deputy director of the NNI of Law and Innovation Education IRYNA DZIUBA. Vlada Litoshko, the head of the pre-university training department, stopped on the peculiarities of this year's admission campaign: she outlined the conditions for admission and held a series of questions and answers with the guests.

The highlight of the event - career guidance and entertainment quest - began with the location of road accidents. Participants learned how to properly draw up violations of traffic rules, increased the level of knowledge and skills in this area. And special glasses with the effect of intoxication demonstrated the level of danger in the case of drunk driving. It is not so easy to pass in them from point A to point B!

At the training ground "Combating domestic violence," boys and girls tried themselves as an investigative-operational group. They examined the crime scene, under the instructions of experienced teachers, they chose separate tactical techniques and methods of conducting investigative actions, in accordance with the current legislation.

But accuracy exercises are a location of fire training. Future applicants learned to open fire on targets from an air rifle and an air pistol - of course, under the close supervision of DSUIA employees. It was hot!

Further - acquaintance with student specialties. Tasks to the general level of erudition and analytical abilities, as well as the ability to effectively respond to professional challenges, were announced to the guests at the International Relations location. The participants of the quest learned about the intricacies of diplomatic protocol and etiquette, considered non-standard curious situations that happen to the "powers that be" in the diplomatic field.

Finally, we talked with psychologists: we passed a test for the conscious selection of a future profession, received an assessment and advice on unrealized intellectual potential from specialists of the Department of Psychology.

However, this acquaintance with the university did not end there. During the study tour, applicants and their parents visited key locations that are used for practical training of future specialists. So, in the forensic office, the guests attended a short master class on providing emergency pre-medical care to the victim, and in the courtroom they modeled and solved practical problems with the help of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses.

Future applicants also learned to identify signs of counterfeiting: the teachers of the institution demonstrated technical means to help recognize the "noticed" bill.

The gym was not ignored: here the boys and girls learned all about the standards of the exam in physical abilities, tried to perform a complex strength exercise.

But to see the conditions in which real cadets live, the guests of the educational institution were able to during a visit to the barracks. Everyone was allowed to even try to make a bed in a strictly allotted time. Full immersion in the atmosphere!

The eventful OPEN DAY ended with the identification and solemn awarding of the most active teams and participants. Future applicants received incentive prizes and souvenirs, and took part in a memorable photo session with the teaching staff.
