In Vinnytsia and Kamianets-Podilskyi, first-year cadets were instructed on the organization and completion of an internship in the units of the National Police of Ukraine. Future police officers were introduced to its main tasks, the procedure for completing it, the requirements for maintaining reporting documentation, and the features of performing official tasks.

Internship is an important component of the educational process, as it allows cadets to familiarize themselves with the activities of information and analytical support and operational response units, the features of their work, as well as to gain first practical experience and form professional competencies necessary for further service.

During the briefings, the university management emphasized the need for strict adherence to the requirements of legality, professional ethics, service discipline, and a responsible attitude to the performance of tasks specified in the internship program. Particular attention was paid to issues of personal safety, compliance with anti-corruption legislation, internal rules of service and the peculiarities of organizing official activities under martial law. In particular, the cadets were instructed on the algorithm of actions during civil defense signals, including the “Air Alert” signal, and were reminded of the need to comply with the curfew and other established security measures.

The procedure for completing the internship by cadets who have not reached the age of 18 was separately explained. For them, it is organized by the personnel support units of the territorial bodies of the National Police of Ukraine at the location of the university - in the Main Departments of the National Police in Vinnytsia and Khmelnytskyi regions.

At the end of the meetings, the cadets received methodological and advisory recommendations on keeping practice diaries, timely entry of information on completed tasks and proper preparation of reporting documentation.
