Khmelnytskyi hosted the Yevhen Azimov Memorial Open Sports Tournament, which brought together teams from different regions of Ukraine and abroad. Representatives from Khmelnytskyi, Chernivtsi, Chernihiv, Cherkasy, Kharkiv, Derazhni, Ternopil, Kamianets-Podilskyi, and the city of Bălți (Republic of Moldova) took part in the competition.

After a tense battle, the winners of the tournament were representatives of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs – third-year cadet Oleksandr Potapenko and second-year student Oleksandra Levandovych.

The successful performance of the students demonstrated their high level of athletic training, perseverance, and desire to win. The university staff congratulates the athletes on their significant achievement and wishes them further success and new accomplishments.
