As part of the implementation of the project "Point of Psychological Practices", psychologists of the Department of Psychological Support of the PSD, together with specialists from the Charitable Organization "Charitable Foundation "Caritas"", conducted a series of trainings for university employees in the city of Kamianets-Podilskyi on the topic "Emotional and Professional Burnout: Prevention and Preservation of Resources". The activities were aimed at supporting mental health, developing emotional resilience and preserving the psychological resources of employees.

In conditions of increased professional workload, maintaining psychological health, developing emotional resilience and the ability to effectively counteract stress are of particular importance. A high level of responsibility, significant psycho-emotional loads and the need to constantly maintain professional efficiency can cause emotional exhaustion, loss of motivation and reduced working capacity. That is why it is important to master the skills of self-regulation and restoration of internal resources in a timely manner.

During the trainings, participants examined the main causes and signs of emotional and professional burnout, analyzed its impact on professional activity and interpersonal relationships. In the practical part, they identified their own markers of exhaustion, investigated the mechanisms of stress accumulation, and worked out ways to maintain psychological balance. Special attention was paid to self-regulation techniques, the development of stress resistance, and the restoration of emotional resources.

The knowledge and practical skills gained will help employees better understand their own emotional state, respond more effectively to stressful situations, and maintain psychological stability in professional activities.
