Dear scholars!

The development of science in the modern world determines the place of the country, its economy and the level of its competitiveness and innovation, the quality of society development, its readiness for existing and future internal and external challenges. The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine has always paid considerable attention to the development of science, the expansion of scientific infrastructure, the support of scientists and their initiatives and developments, which in turn provided a scientific approach to the implementation of state policy in the field of national security and public law order, which our large team puts into practice.
We have to live in difficult, dramatic, but definitely, fateful times, when Ukraine continues to defend its independence, the right to a decent life and the European way of present and future generations' development.
For three months in a row, we, Ukrainians, with the support of the whole free world, unite against a full-scale invasive war of Russia and at the same time continue to live, work and create under martial law. The challenges we face cannot be overcome without scientific support.
Therefore, new scientific studies, research, conclusions are another crucial front of our struggle for freedom and prosperity that you hold today.
The further development of Ukrainian society depends on you, dear scientists in the fields of state and law, history, sociology, psychology, IT technologies, cybersecurity, and other areas.
It is you who should first find answers to such topical questions as: effective activity of the state in wartime, investigation of war crimes, overcoming the consequences of war, guaranteeing the security of citizens and rebuilding the state.
Dedication of each scientist to their work being combined with creativity, patriotism, high responsibility and professionalism is the key to successful fulfillment of your mission.
