He welcomed the participants of the scientific meeting and emphasized that the discussion of current issues of the development of the security and defense sector during a full-scale war is necessary to ensure an effective response to threats, strengthen international cooperation and increase the defense capability of Ukraine. Valerii SOKURENKO wished the participants of the conference fruitful work, inspiration and new scientific achievements.

More than 170 cadets and students of higher education institutions of Ukraine became participants in the scientific event. They considered current theoretical and practical issues related to maintaining a security environment under martial law in Ukraine, improving legislation and law enforcement practice, aimed at increasing the efficiency of the activities of the National Police, other state bodies involved in ensuring public security and order.

The conference was attended by representatives of: Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, National University of Defense of Ukraine, National Academy of Internal Affairs, National Academy of National Guard of Ukraine, Ivan Kozhedub Kharkiv National University of Air Forces, State University "Kyiv Aviation Institute", Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University , as well as foreign countries, such as Germany, Great Britain, the Netherlands, the Republic of Poland, Turkey.
