On November 29, 2024, Lviv State University of Internal Affairs will host a scientific and practical seminar titled «Procedural and Forensic Support for Pre-Trial Investigation».
Discussion Topics:
– Challenges in evidence gathering during pre-trial investigation;
– Application of procedural measures to support criminal proceedings;
– Legal regulation and practical implementation of covert investigative (search) actions and special operations;
– Utilization of specialized knowledge in pre-trial investigation;
– Crime investigation under martial law conditions;
– Current issues in organizing investigations related to human trafficking.
Participants will include scholars from higher education institutions, research organizations, practical units, and public organizations across Ukraine.
The seminar will be held in a plenary session format, offered both in-person and online via Zoom.
