You are welcomed to participate in the scientific seminar “Constitutional rights and freedoms of a human and a citizen in war conditions and the post-war period”, which will be held at Lviv State University of Internal Affairs (Ukraine) on June 23, 2023.
Topics for discussion:
- Peculiarities of the implementation of constitutional rights and freedoms of a human and a citizen under martial law.
- Constitutional duties of a human and a citizen in war conditions.
- Guarantees of ensuring children’s rights under martial law or a state of emergency.
Researchers of higher education institutions, scientific institutions, employees of law enforcement and human rights protection bodies, public organizations interested in discussing the proposed issues are invited to participate in the scientific seminar.
The seminar will take place in a hybrid form based on the Zoom platform. The identifier and access code will be posted on the university website. The event starts at 11:00 (registration starts at 10:30).
It is planned to publish a free electronic collection of the seminar participnts’ theses.
