On November 11, 2022, Lviv State University of Internal Affairs will hold the scientific and practical seminar “Current issues of private law in the context of European integration processes in Ukraine” in order to discuss the prospects for the development of the science of private law and legislation of Ukraine.

Topics for discussion:

1.    Trends and priorities of private law reform of Ukraine in the context of European integration.

2.    Prospects for the development of legal regulation of the economic renewal of Ukraine.

3.    Implementation of the system of protection and protection of subjects’ rights of private law under martial law.

Researchers, experts, students and specialists dealing with the issues are invited to participate in the scientific and practical seminar.

As a result of the scientific and practical seminar, an electronic collection of abstracts of the reports will be published.

1)    electronic version of abstracts of the report;

2)    a scanned copy of the scientific supervisor’s review (for people without a scientific degree).

The seminar will be held in a remote format on Zoom platform. The identifier and access code will be posted on the university website.
