On December 02, 2022, the scientific and practical seminar “Procedural and forensic support of pre-trial investigation” will be held at Lviv State University of Internal Affairs.

Topics for discussion:

- problems of proof during the pre-trial investigation;

- application of criminal proceedings measures;

- regulatory and legal regulation and practice of conducting investigative (search) actions and covert investigative (search) actions;

- use of special knowledge during pre-trial investigation;

- investigation of crimes under martial law;

- current problems of organizing crime investigation related to human trafficking.

Research fellows of higher education institutions, research institutions, employees of practical units and non-government organizations, as well as people interested in discussing the above-mentioned issues, are invited to participate in the scientific ad practical seminar.

The seminar proceedings are to be published in a separate collection (electronic version) and placed on the university website.
