On December 09, 2022, Lviv State University of Internal Affairs will hold the VI All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference “Theoretical and applied issues of legal regulation in Ukraine”.

Topics for discussion:

- historical and latest doctrines of the understanding of the State and law;

- the main directions of national programs implementation in the field of socio-economic and ecological development in the context of Ukraine's recovery plan;

- public administration under martial law;

- problems of civil law and process in the light of the amendment of the legal regulation of private relations in Ukraine;

- new challenges to criminal law and process.

Research fellows of higher education institutions, research institutions, employees of practical units and non-government organizations, as well as people interested in discussing the above-mentioned issues, are invited to participate in All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference.
