On December 08, 2023, the VII All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference «Theoretical and Applied Problems of Legal Regulation in Ukraine» will take place at Lviv State University of Internal Affairs.
Topics for discussion:
- National and international security challenges: general theoretical, constitutional, historical and legal dimension.
- Public administration under martial law.
- Modern issues of legal support for economic, environmental and social development of the state.
- Challenges f civil law and procedure in the light of the novelization of legal regulation of private relations in Ukraine.
- Contemporary challenges of criminal justice.
Scholars and practitioners interested in discussing the proposed topics are invited to participate in the conference.
