Lviv State University of Internal Affairs will host the All-Ukrainian Round Table «State Formation and Law-Making in Conditions of War and the Post-War Period» on December 15, 2023.
Topics for discussion include:
- observance of human rights in the conditions of war and the post-war period;
- philosophical-legal and theoretical-historical foundations of state formation in the conditions of war and the post-war period;
- sectoral problems of state formation and law-making in the conditions of war and the post-war period.
Scientists, adjuncts, graduate students, representatives of law enforcement and human rights protection structures, interested in discussing the mentioned issues, are invited to participate in the round table.
An electronic collection of the participants' reports' theses is scheduled for publication.
The Department of General Legal Disciplines at the Institute of Law of the Lviv State University of Internal Affairs is accepting applications and thesis texts until December 3, 2023, via email at [email protected], [email protected]
The round table will be conducted in a mixed (stationary-remote) format using the Zoom platform.
