Vitalii Nosov, Professor of the Department of Combating Cybercrime of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, joined as an expert trainer the pilot training program «Methods of investigating financial crimes related to the use of virtual assets».

As part of the programme, he delivered two training sessions on the topics: ‘Techniques for withdrawing bitcoins to a multi-signature crypto wallet’ and ‘Techniques for making transaction chains harder to trace’.

The event was organized by State Tax University (Irpin) with the support of international partners – UCIF, Crystal Blockchain, iSanctuary, Cryptoforensic Investigators and DAI Global LLC. The programme was attended by representatives of Ukraine’s law enforcement and regulatory bodies, including the Office of the Prosecutor General, the State Bureau of Investigations, NABU, NACP, the National Police of Ukraine, the SSU, the ESB and ARMA.
