On World Vyshyvanka Day, students and staff of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs joined the all-Ukrainian tradition that unites Ukrainians in different parts of the world. Cadets, students and teachers came wearing vyshyvanka, emphasizing respect for the national heritage, history and spiritual values of the Ukrainian people.

Representatives of the university who are in Norway as part of their international studies also joined the celebration. Despite the distance, they supported the tradition by wearing vyshyvanka and joining the joint celebration.

For the university community, vyshyvanka is much more than an element of national clothing. It is a symbol of strength, unity and invincibility, reminding us of the resilience of Ukrainians, their desire for freedom and independence even in the most difficult times.
