Representatives of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs successfully completed their participation in the International Spring School and the scientific and educational program organized by the university’s partner, the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan (Republic of Poland).

Within the framework of the program, the participants visited Poland, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, North Macedonia and Serbia. They participated in lectures, scientific discussions, interdisciplinary research and thematic events dedicated to international cooperation, intercultural communication, international law and the historical and cultural heritage of the Balkan region.

During their stay in Tirana (Albania), KhNUIA delegation held a meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Republic of Albania Volodymyr Shkurov and representatives of the University of Tirana. The parties discussed the prospects for the development of cooperation in the field of education and science.

In Ohrid (North Macedonia), university representatives participated in an open lecture by Professor Ilan Roth of the University of California, Berkeley, and also presented the results of team research on the historical heritage of the Via Egnatia in the Balkans.

Following the results of participation in the program, participants received personalized certificates from the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, confirming the successful completion of the International Spring School.
