Oleksandr Skliar, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Tactical and Special Training of the Educational and Research Institute №2, together with Dmytro Kolisnichenko, a community police officer of the Main Department of the National Police in Vinnytsia region, conducted a binary lesson for cadets of the ERI №2 on the topic “Algorithm of Police Actions to Detect Explosive Ordnance”.

The community officer focused the cadets' attention on the legal aspects of documenting IEDs, forming public awareness of explosive ordnance detection, their identification and ways to mark dangerous areas, and adherence to tactical security principles.
At the end of the meeting, Dmytro Kolisnichenko answered numerous questions from the cadets about the peculiarities and specifics of work in the unit where he is serving.
