Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs is actively involved in the implementation of the “No Barriers” project by opening a Driving School for people with disabilities. The project is implemented by the Ministry of Internal Affairs at the initiative of the First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska. As Russia's aggression against Ukraine continues, the problem of social adaptation of combatants, many of whom have been injured and left with disabilities, is extremely acute. The university has launched courses for training drivers of category B vehicles. Both citizens who want to get a driver's license for the first time and those who already have a driver's license but need skills to drive a manual car can undergo theoretical and practical training here.
