A theoretical course for a new group of students has started at the barrier-free driving school of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. Military personnel, their family members, cadets and people with disabilities who want to learn to drive in comfortable and accessible conditions, regardless of their physical abilities, have joined the classes.
During the course, future drivers will learn traffic rules, safety basics, legal responsibilities of road users, and other important theoretical knowledge necessary for successfully passing exams and behaving safely on the road.
Creating equal opportunities for all categories of citizens is an important component of the barrier-free educational space that is actively developing at the university.
