On September 22, Igor Gorbanyov, Candidate of Law, Senior Researcher, Associate Professor, Lt. Col., together with Inspector-Criminologist in Odesa Oblast Odessa region conducted a binary lecture on the subject "Features of the investigation of certain types of crimes" on "Specifics of the investigation of criminal violations of traffic safety rules."

During the binary lesson, a typical situation with a collision of a vehicle with a pedestrian was worked out. An investigative (search) operation conducted an inspection of the scene with the search, recording, description and removal of traces; drawing up a scheme of a traffic accident. The task of determining the person behind the wheel during the collision was solved separately. The algorithm of urgent investigative (search) actions at the initial stage of investigation of violation of traffic safety rules is made, and also the question of interaction of the investigator with other divisions of National police of Ukraine is covered.
