The modern period of development of our state requires a qualitatively new level of understanding of politics as a phenomenon of public life where the issue of human rights protection occupies an important place.

By the invitation of the university, the senior inspector for special assignments of the Department of Commissioners for Monitoring the Observance of Human Rights in Police Activities of the Department of Observance of Human Rights of the National Police of Ukraine Zhanna Mishkevich met with the adjuncts of the university.
Together with the head of the Department of Socio-economic Disciplines, Doctor of Philosophy, Professor Oksana Nadibska a binary practical class"Philosophy of Politics" on the discipline "Social Philosophy" was held.

Two lecturers made the lecture a successful combination of theory and practice, contributed to the formation of a culture of discussion, taught the adjuncts to compare, look at the same phenomenon from different angles, perceive different points of view as complementary to each other, tolerate them.

The meeting participants agreed on the need for further development and support of human rights protection mechanisms for determining the positioning of Ukraine as a modern state governed by the rule of law.
