The practical lesson was conducted by Dmytro Oryshchuk, inspector of Platoon No. 2 of the Tactical Operational Response Company of the Patrol Police Department in Khmelnytskyi Oblast, together with the staff of the Special Physical Training Department - senior lecturers Mykhailo Inshekov and Ihor Ostrovskyi.
