On October 21, 2024, at 14:00, the course Jean Monnet Module “Digital Transformation of Rights: EU Experience” (DiTraRi_EU 101127785), implemented by the Department of Civil, Labor and Commercial Law, will begin. The course is open to anyone interested in European studies and the impact of digitalization on human rights.
The program involves studying the following aspects of the digital transformation of rights:
human as the main subject of rights in the context of digital transformation in the EU;
safe digital space that protects privacy, empowerment of children online in the EU;
the principle of solidarity and inclusiveness as one of the foundations of the digital transformation of rights in the EU;
participation in the digital public space in the EU;
freedom of choice in a fair and innovative digital space in the EU;
sustainable development as a principle of digital transformation in the EU;
digitalization of justice in the EU.
The course participants will receive the relevant certificates in Ukrainian and English.
