Oleksandr Shepelev, a lecturer of the Department of Special Physical Training at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, conducted adaptive training for war veteran Ihor Kovalchuk, a sergeant in the 35th Separate Marine Brigade, who got a disability as a result of combat operations.

Despite his serious injury, Ihor keeps his energy and desire to remain active. During the lesson, he improved his coordination and endurance and Oleksandr supported him every step of the way. Particular attention was paid to exercises that help rebuild confidence in his own abilities and motivate an active lifestyle.

Such training demonstrates the effectiveness of adaptive sports and inspires other veterans to move forward, believe in themselves and overcome any challenges.
