Senior lecturer of the Department of Tactical and Special Training Oleksandr Skliar, together with participants of the scientific and practical circle of the TST "SHIELD", took part in the charity event "Unbreakable / Wings of Unity", which took place in Vinnytsia Region.

Representatives of the university joined the educational and practical work aimed at raising the level of public awareness of security issues and preparation for actions in crisis situations. Together with the project volunteers, they conducted thematic classes for participants on the basics of first aid, tactical medicine and algorithms of actions in emergency situations.

During the practical part, the participants of the event got acquainted with the basic skills of providing assistance to victims, stopping critical bleeding, using tourniquets and personal medical protection equipment. Special attention was paid to issues of personal safety, correct assessment of the situation and actions before the arrival of emergency services.

For representatives of KhNUIA, participation in such events is an important component of professional and public activities aimed at spreading useful knowledge and practical skills among the population.
