For cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, a binary class on the topic "Improving the technique of performing punches and kicks. Combined actions" was conducted by the teacher of the Department of Special Physical Training of KhNUIA Ihor BOIKO together with the senior trainer-teacher of the boxing section of Kamianets-Podilsky branch of the Youth and Sports School No. 2 Dmytro NEVENHLOVSKYI.

The students practiced basic technical elements: stances and movement in them, distance breaking, moving left, right and back; punches and kicks; protection from punches and kicks (blocks, painful techniques), as well as body movements. They learned to correctly combine these elements in a combination. Considerable attention was paid to balance, body work, leg placement and returning to the stance after each strike.

The main goal of the class is to improve coordination, accuracy and efficiency of combining strikes in dynamics.
